Our story
Founder Joe Florio brings 25 years of experience in the catering industry. He established A One Catering Group in 2004, from our base in Cronulla.
Today we manage catering for some of Sydney's biggest events, from New Year's Eve to every major Australian Turf Club race day, and run our own fleet of food trucks.
